Job Description

As a Project Manager at Selrom, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing IT projects from start to finish. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest standards.

Key Skills

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in IT services or related industries.

  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, MS Project).

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and oversee project delivery from initiation to completion.

  • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables with stakeholders.

  • Develop detailed project schedules and monitor progress.

  • Manage resources, budget, and risks to ensure timely delivery.

  • Communicate with teams and clients to align expectations and updates.
