Job Description

As a Key Account Manager at Selrom, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients. You will act as the main point of contact, ensuring client satisfaction, and working to meet their business needs with Selrom’s tailored IT solutions.

Key Skills

  • Manage and develop long-term relationships with key accounts.

  • Serve as the lead point of contact for all client account management matters.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet the needs of key clients.

  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.

  • Prepare regular reports on account status and identify opportunities for growth.

  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of Selrom’s solutions according to client needs.


Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.

  • Develop strategies to meet client requirements and ensure satisfaction.
