Job Description

As the HR Manager at Selrom, you will lead all human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. You will work closely with management to develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company’s goals and foster a positive workplace culture.

Key Skills

  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role.

  • In-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.

  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to handle sensitive situations and maintain confidentiality.

  • Experience with HR software and recruitment platforms.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Key Responsibilities
